Shipping

Packages shipped within Canada are sent via Expedited Mail.  US and International Packages are sent via Small/Large Packet US Air and Small/Large Packet International  Air (depending on the weight of the package). For International and US packages tracking is not provided. If you would like a tracking number, please select the shipping option which provides a tracking number. It is a little more expensive. I have also added a SURFACE delivery option for International Packages- which is more economical, however, it will take 2 to 3 months for it to arrive. Please keep this in mind. With Surface, tracking is not provided.

I promise to get things out as quickly as I possibly can.  My turn around time is usually between 3 to 5 business days (I do strive for less than that time frame, but sometimes life happens).  Trust me, I know how exciting it is anticipating the arrival of YARN - however, at the moment I still am one person behind the scenes, and I literally do everything myself.  I give you my word, I will try my absolute hardest to get things out on time, but, ya know, sometimes life really does happen!

Packages are shipped to the address on your order. Please MAKE sure this is correct during checkout. 

After receipt by Canada Post, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

I do ship internationally, however, I am not responsible for any duty/customs fees you may have to pay if you are outside of Canada. We have zero control over duty/customs fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable should the package be refused for any reason.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have a problem with your yarn, please contact me. I put my my love into every hank and every package I send.  I really want you to be thrilled with your yarn! Having said that, we will only accept returns on items that are still in the original mailing package, so that I may ensure that the yarn is in the same pristine condition as it was when it left my hands. If you have opened your package it is not returnable and non refundable. I will also charge a fee for penalties I incur on refunds.

Shipping is non-refundable as this is an expense that neither of us can get back if you decide you do not want your yarn.

If returning your yarn, any and all shipping charges are at your expense.

Please do keep in mind that colours vary between screens, I do my best to capture the true colour of the yarn. If you are unsure about a colour please contact me, I will do my best to describe it. I will not accept a return because you are unhappy with the colour of the yarn. Also, please keep in mind dye lots will always be different. No hank of yarn will ever be like another…that is the beauty of indie dyed yarn.

All yarn listings are for ONE skein of yarn (unless the listing is part of a kit)…not the amount of yarn in the photograph. There is a disclaimer in all of the listings in the shop, which states the above.
